In addition, if you are an Essence member or prospective Essence member we may store and use your information to contact you for treatment options or other health-related benefits and services by various mechanisms, including regular mail, email, telephone, including voicemail, or Short Message Service (SMS/text messaging). •
When you opt-in to receive SMS messages by checking the relative box on one of our websites, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have opted into receiving SMS messages. SMS messages are used to send you notifications about promotional/informational Essence Healthcare kits, treatment options or other health-related benefits. You can cancel/unsubscribe to receiving SMS messages at any time. Just text “STOP,” “QUIT” “END,” “REVOKE,” “OPT OUT,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any SMS messages you receive from us. After you send the cancel/unsubscribe message to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time by checking the relative box on one of our websites, and we will start sending messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to any SMS messages you receive from us. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
